What is a Pre-order?

The pre-order programs we run for our new figures. It isn’t crowd- funding, the figures are made, everyone will get what they ordered in quick time after the end of the Pre-order. If you order one or more of the deals, the amount you spend goes into the ‘Spend Total’. When that ‘Spend Total’ hits various goals, it releases free stuff and prizes for all qualifying participants. For example, if you buy a Scavenger Deal 1: The Figures , your £29 will be added to the Spend Total, and when it hits £2,900 it releases a free Metal figure: Scuttle-bots for each customer, and so on. The Spend Goal rewards are limited to one per customer, not per deal bought

What is the Spend Total?

The Spend Total is the amount of money you guys have spent on Stargrave products. When the Spend Total hits certain targets, it releases Spend Rewards. The money that gets added to the Spend Total is what is spent on the Deals, and the Additions. Nothing bought from the ‘more stuff’ section gets added to the Spend Total.

What is a Spend Reward?

Spend Rewards are free gifts given away to the Pre-order participants when the Spend Total hits those amounts.

How do I qualify as a Pre-order Participant?

Anyone who buys one or more of the Pre-order Deals is a participant.

Can I add to my Pre-order Order?

Yes, you can add anything to your Pre-order order, even if it isn’t related to Stargrave. Just be aware the orders will go out together, so you’ll have to wait until the end of the Pre-order program to get everything ordered.

When are the Pre-order Orders being sent out?

We will close the Pre-order offers at Midnight on the July 17th (BST of course). We will then try and send the orders as soon as possible after that date. Going by past Pre-orders, I’d hope you’d get your order 2 weeks after the closing date. But we never know what is around the corner, a previous Pre-order suffered when the courier lost our pallet of rulebooks for 2 weeks!

What if I change my mind?

You don’t want your Pre-order order, or want to change it, just let us know. We will refund your order if you want to cancel it any-time during the process.

The goal for most of the independent crews operating throughout the Ravaged Galaxy is that one big score that will set them up for life. Such scores are few and far between, so crews typically find themselves taking whatever jobs they can scrounge.

Whenever a new soldier is recruited, a player may declare that the new soldier is a robot. This has no additional cost and does not change the soldier’s stats or equipment. However, the designation ‘robot’ should be added to the soldier’s notes.
